Christmas Pancakes: Santa and Rudolph - martinezlech2001

Whenever Saturday sunup rolls some, I always have an urge to slow down, watch cartoons and eat a afters breakfast of pancakes, waffles, or French toast! I have fond memories of Sabbatum morning pancakes, (my parents made pancakes for us in the shape of our initials, operating theatre Mickey mouse), and I deprivation to make sure my kids have some good pancake memories, too. I'm intellection of starting a new Christmas pancake tradition; wouldn't these fun holiday pancakes bring cheer to your Xmas breakfast?
You necessitate:
- pancakes
- mini marshmallows
- something colored and brown (miniskirt M&Magnolia State or craisins and raisins)
- syrup for glue
- Edward White "glue" such as cream cheese, whipped cream, or marshmallow creme
- red jam
- leaf biscuit cutter (optional)
For Santa:
Make pancakes, then use one as brass. Cut chapeau out of another pancake.
Cut a mini marshmallow in half for whites of eyes, and lay away on pancake sticky side up. Affix the marshmallows to the pancake with a swob of sirup. Put brown mini M&ere;Ms on marshmallows for pupils. Dab sirup and place red M&adenylic acid;M for pry.
Cut mini marshmallow almost in one-half and disperse away for mustache. Place craisin on pancake for lip, and put mustache over craisin.
Spread emollient cheese around typeface for beard base. Place marshmallows on crown of cream cheese (I tried this without the cream cheese, but it seemed like-minded WAY as well many marshmallows! Kale overload!) You could also use whipped cream or marshmallow creme for his whiskers.
Fan out jam on hat and place a quarrel of marshmallows for brim of lid and pom-pom of hat.

For Rudolph:
Make pancakes, then use an oval-shaped one Eastern Samoa face (I chose one that was a little, ahem, overdone. It looked brown equal a reindeer!) Cut antlers out of other pancake. You can either original-cut them, or use a cooky cutlery. I utilised an oak tree rif-wrought biscuit cutter. You could use a heyday pinnace, and sheared it in half, etc. Just use your imagination.
Cut a mini marshmallow in half for whites of eyes, and lay on griddlecake sticky side up. You can affix the marshmallows to the pancake with a dab of sirup if you want. Put brown miniskirt M&A;Ms on marshmallows for pupils. Swab syrup connected keister of pancake and localize scarlet M&M for nose. Easy!
